Pain Relief Success Story, From Marce:
"I'm experiencing pain exactly on the lower right side and this exercise helped me tremendously. I still can't believe how much relief I got. Thank you so much for doing this...you are the best!!" Marce, Country Unknown
You can do it too!
Remember, bones are just chunks of calcium, so bones only go where muscles pull or hold them. So if the big strong muscle groups that attach to the bones of your pelvis are pulling on those bones, then your lower back muscles that also attach to those bones are going to lose the tug-of-war……every time….and then you will experience lower back pain. Lower back pain relief is often as simple as releasing the muscle groups that are tight.
Also, if by chance you have excruciatingly intense back pain lower right side, AND that pain wraps around to the front of your abdomen then you may have kidney stone. As William Shatner (Captain Kirk on Star Trek) said of his kidney stone experience, "The purity of the pain was unbelievable!" If the pain is that bad then please seek out a medical doctor. If your back pain lower right side is not extremely intense but still wraps around to your abdomen then you may have a kidney infection. I would recommend you do the techniques on this website, and if they don't help then go to your medical doctor to see if you have an infection.

On the homepage I describe…in detail…the 3 Simple Steps and the 4 Basic Facts about your body that make it possible for you to provide your own joint pain relief.
We'll be doing a technique very similar to the "tennis ball tune-up" (click here) seen on the main lower back pain relief videos. Except we're going to give you a few more options to release your hip bone and tailbone.
I'm very fond of using a tennis ball to release your hips, but recently I've started using a softball (or a baseball) for the upper part of your hips. I find it is very comfortable and allows me to put a great deal of my body weight on the muscles in the hips, while in a position that just about anyone can sustain comfortably, all while I move my legs to activate the muscle being pressed upon.
First, find a tennis ball, baseball and a softball. If you don't have all three then just use whatever you've got.
Now lie on your back on the floor or on a firm mattress. Start with the softball if you have it (if not then go with a baseball, and if not that, then go with a soft ball).
Since we are trying to relieve your "back pain lower RIGHT side" lift your butt up and place the softball (or other ball) under your RIGHT upper buttocks. This is just below your hip bone, below your lower back.
Move the ball around this general area and apply your body weight on the ball and notice which tissue is tender (painful) when you rest your body weight upon it.
When you find a tender area apply your body weight to the ball and then raise and lower your leg so that you can feel the tissue under the ball move. You want the tissue you are pressing on to be forced to release a bit from the movement of your leg.
Repeat this technique for the entire upper half of your right buttocks.
Notice how much lower right back pain occurs from this one technique.
REPEAT this entire process on the upper half of your left buttock.
Lie on your back and press your fingertips into your lower right abdomen (belly). Find the pointy part of your hip bone that is just about at your belt line. This is your "anterior superior iliac spine", also known as your ASIS!
Now take your fingertips and move them slightly back (an inch) toward your belly button.
Now press into your abdomen downward and toward your ASIS. You'll be pressing into a muscle called your iliacus. Press inward, all along your inner hip bone until you reach your pubic bone and notice any tender (painful) tissue.
When you find a tender spot, press on the spot while you tuck your tailbone up and down, up and down. This will help the iliacus tight tissue to release. You can move from spot to spot if some are stubborn, but generally they will release pretty quickly.
Notice how much lower right back pain occurs from this one technique.
REPEAT this entire process on the other side of your body.
So here's what we're going to do:
Sit in a chair or on a stool. You are going to work on your LEFT LEG first, so take the tips of your fingers on your right hand and put then on the top outer third of the top of your thigh and the side of your leg (vastus lateralis muscle, IT band).
Notice how much lower right back pain relief this technique creates for future reference. It is often the case that if you have lower right back pain then working on your left leg in this manner releases your back pain. And if your have lower left back pain then releasing the right leg in this manner provides immediate lower back pain relief. Knowing this can save you or your friends and family from a lot of pain.

This is another technique that can often instantly relieve your back pain lower right side, so please take the time to thorougly do this one.
Use your fingertips to press along the entire length of the top outer third of your quadriceps and side of your leg on all the soft tissue (from your knee to your hip bones) and notice any tender spots.
Now......with your hand-on-hand technique......we'll do the press-pull-release technique (press and pull for about 1 full seconds and then release) continuously, with your finger tips using the "hand on hand" method into the tight tissue.
